GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PREPOOS

1. General

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements with Prepoos, located in Hoogeveen and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 96542578.

1.2. By placing an order through the website [ www.prepoos.nl ], the customer declares that they have read these general terms and conditions and agree to them.

1.3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

1.4. Prepoos reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will apply to new orders from the date of publication on the website.

2. Products and Orders

2.1. Prepoos sells survival supplies, including emergency rations, water filters, first aid kits, and other survival essentials.

2.2. All prices listed on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and exclude shipping costs.

2.3. An order will only be processed after payment has been received in full.

2.4. Prepoos reserves the right to refuse orders, for example, if fraud or abuse is suspected.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods offered on the website.

3.2. If a payment is reversed or fails, Prepoos reserves the right to cancel the order.

3.3. In the event of payment arrears from business customers, Prepoos may charge statutory interest and collection costs.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of payment, unless otherwise stated and provided the item is in stock.

4.2. Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer. Prepoos is not responsible for errors in the address information provided by the customer.

4.3. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and the order may be (partially) canceled or postponed.

4.4. Prepoos is not liable for delays by the delivery service.

4.5. If a delivery is incorrect or damaged, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt via retouren@prepoos.nl.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1. Private customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

5.2. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

5.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

5.4. Excluded from return are:

• Products with a limited shelf life (such as food rations).
• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as water filters and first aid supplies).
• Custom made or personalized products.

5.5. After receipt of the returned shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 8 business days.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Prepoos guarantees that the delivered products meet the legal requirements of usability and quality.

6.2. If a product is defective upon delivery, the customer must report this within 14 days of receipt.

6.3. The warranty does not apply if:

• Damage is caused by improper use or wear and tear.
• The customer has carried out changes or repairs themselves.

6.4. Prepoos is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or unsafe use of the products.

6.5. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics), Prepoos cannot be held liable for non-executed or delayed deliveries.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Prepoos respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.2. Customer data will be used exclusively for order processing, communication, and service improvements.

7.3. Personal data will not be provided to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the order (e.g. postal or payment services).

7.4. Customers may request access to their personal data or request its deletion at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Prepoos website, such as text, images, and logos, is the property of Prepoos or its suppliers and is protected by copyright.

8.2. It is not permitted to copy or use content from the website without written permission from Prepoos.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1. Complaints about products or services can be submitted via info@prepoos.nl. Prepoos strives for a quick and customer-focused resolution.

9.2. Dutch law applies to all agreements with Prepoos.

9.3. In the event of disputes, an attempt will first be made to reach an amicable resolution. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
