Order & Payment

How do I place an order?

  1. Select your products and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to the checkout and fill in your details.
  3. Select a payment method and complete your order.
  4. You will receive a confirmation by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands & Belgium: €5.95 (free shipping from €50)
International Shipping: Contact us for rates.

What is the delivery time?

We ship within one business day of receiving payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, so most orders (depending on stock availability) arrive the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

What if I didn't receive my order?

First, check your track & trace code. Is something wrong? Please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes! You can return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt. See our returns page for more details.

Do I have to pay the return costs myself?

Yes, return costs are at your own expense, unless we have delivered an incorrect or damaged product.

Which products cannot I return?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
❌ Opened or used food rations
❌ Water filters and first aid kits (if unopened and unused)
❌ Custom-made or personalized products

Warranty & Complaints

Do you have a warranty on the products?

Yes, we offer a warranty on manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you received a defective product.

What should I do if my product is defective upon receipt?

Please report it to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We'll work with you to find a solution!
