Not satisfied? No problem!
At Prepoos, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't quite to your liking, you can return it within 14 days of receipt .
How do returns work?
- Register your return
Send an email to “ info@prepoos.nl ” with your order number and the products you wish to return. - Pack the product well
Make sure the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. - Send the package
Send your return to:

Tip: Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. - Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 5 business days .

Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
-Products with a limited shelf life (such as emergency rations).
-Hygiene products such as water filters and first aid kits (if unopened and unused).
-Custom-made or personalized products.
